5 stars: Just started, but great app so far. the programs help to keep motivated and the videos make it easier to get the technique right when following exercises.
4 stars: Great app so far, going into week 4 cutting weight. Can see muscle tone changing (motivating and Feels good to see progress). I travel from time to time for work and I tried to change the equipment available to me in hopes of altering my workouts to fit my new living conditions. If there is a way of doing this, the guidance would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, the app is still good to go.
4 stars: 6 weeks in and I love it. Very good foundation for a great app. I feel there are room for improvements. I would love for the voices in-between workouts to mention if it's reps or a timer. \
