3 stars: when you conciser what it can do, this app (and adapter) are incredibly powerful and can do many things with it. the biggest issue i have is that you have to pay 75CAD dollars a YEAR to use the app to its fullest on top of buying the 100+CAD dollar adapter. i realize that this app has very good future support and is compatible with a wide range of cars, but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth and my wallet
4 stars: This is my updated review after I received a reasonable solution from Carly's customer service. I can say buy with confidence because if you are not satisfied with your purchase they will be there to support their products. In all fairness, dealing with thousands of clients all over the planet may be challenging for them yet again, they can be trusted to stand behind their products.
4 stars: -Using on a '08 e92 BMW 335i(N54) Quite impressed with what this app does. It would have been 5/5 but some functionality intermittently stops working. From troubleshooting/diagnostics to changing countless settings(things which would require coding, $). This app is very straight forward and easy to use. It will save any car owner a few trips to the mechanic, no doubt.. not to mention save you $100s, much more in the long term.
