3 stars: App not working properly. GPS and live bus tracking not working properly. Wrong route information shows. In most of the buses the QR stickers are not available now. It creates problem when commuters sit at back seats, no stickers and bus number not visible from there. Improve overall service otherwise it will be good for nothing.
4 stars: The most useful feature in the app is live tracking of buses. You can see bus locations on the map in real time, and that helps a lot in deternining the eta of buses.
5 stars: It is very useful for daily bus user. You have to sit on seat and purchase ticket yourself by chartr app.not to exchange coins and also get ten percent advantage in fare. I advise to paste QR code at every seat and also train conductors for appreciate passangers using this app.
4 stars: Love the app , don't have to stand in line for the ticket, easy to use. But needs improvement as sometimes it refuses to buy ticket due to network issues etc
5 stars: Worst Experience, Buy Ticket option is disabled after updating the app. Even after registering complaint on the app, No action has been taken.
5 stars: Easier to travel as one doesnt have to stand in the pool of people to get the ticket/pay/collect change and instead can simply get the ticket from seat.
3 stars: After recent update app deducting payment but no ticket issued. Even maid one of my last ticket invalid after 12 hrs no refund no ticket only amount deduction. Pls fix it
