5 stars: After reading reviews in a row and then seeing the price difference compared to Uber, we decided to try them. It turned out to be everything you would expect if not more. Fast, friendly, well mannered and affordable. The Hamilton service is definitely well set up. The app is really good. When you book any bike taxi or autorickshaw it doesnt take more than 5 mins to come. Fares are reasonable and they dont charge any cancellation fee
3 stars: I have been using the app for auto booking for daily commute. The auto arrival time is always too long. And gets canceled a lot. At one time the ride got canceled after the auto arrived. There reward program is of no use. Cannot rely on the app. I use it only to check rates now.
5 stars: Rapido is a great transport services app. It's very convenient, time saving for local traveling, and also it's a cost friendly app. Customer need to put the pickup location and drop location and it will show how long will the drive will reach and also it will show the cost lf the ride too. Within few minutes our ride will get booked, it will also show on customer's screen the route for the destination.
5 stars: I had a good experience on rapido rides. App is working smoothly and booking is also very fast, and fare are also less compare to other, the best thing is getting scratch card on every ride which is 100% usable in next ride, I'm happy with their services thankyou rapido keep growing...
