5 stars: This is the best way to get a taxi in Korea. Most effective if you can paste where you're going in Korean writing into the app (for non Korean speakers). Hailing a taxi old school is easy but way harder to tell the driver your destination
3 stars: At first this app was awesome because you just needed to drop pins and didn't have to talk with the drivers. But Korean app developers seem to have a big thing against foreigners in general and like to not take them into consideration when it comes to things like payments and verifications. Top it off with calling for taxis for over 20 minutes with no responses or drivers who don't pick up when it rains. Oh Korea.

3 stars: Helpful only when the distance is not too short. If it is, it's nearly impossible to call a taxi. And, I find it very inconvenient that Kakao T doesn't have a customer service phone number where the customer can talk to a representative on the phone live.
5 stars: Excellent app. I use this daily. Wish it had better pindrop function. Its doesnt work perfect for driveways or pickup spots within a building. Ie hotel driveway for pickup. Overall still great app.
