4 stars: This is an excellent way to access your pix and docs from your phone or either PC. The sync controls are murky, but ultimately work. (MS has a curious preference for mysterious background action over simple and explicit controls.) Otherwise cool. I took off a star because OneDrive won't map into Windows !! Dropbox has done so for ten yrs!
4 stars: You send me an email telling me that my subscription is expiring in less than a month. Clicking on the link gets me to a general Microsoft site. Trying to navigate this site is difficult. The only info I can find is my expense charge is reoccurring. Therefore, if the expense charge is reoccurring, how does the subscription expire. I am confused, is my subscription expiring or not.
3 stars: Tough program to master but this is really good stuff. Sometimes my desktop will get hung up with an error or be off on my computer all together...so when I go to access the file online, it's not there yet.. or ever... Until I fix the errors on desktop. It needs to skip errors and move onto other files
4 stars: There is some issue with the upload. Whenever you start uploading from this app, it shows no internet connection and upload will be paused. When I switch off the wifi and restart the wifi on my phone, then only it starts uploading. Need to do this procedure all the time when we upload from mobile which is annoying. Hope microsoft will fix this issue asap
