3 stars: App or phone does not always communicate well together, loses connection periodically. Also loses stereo connection even when up close and with cell phone in my pocket. ? 10/11/21 All weekend I've had nothing but problems with my right side loud and now nothing but static, your app doesn't address the left or right just general questions. Charged over night no difference. Back to the Vendor again.
3 stars: 50/50. While the app is simple enough to navigate, it sometimes only connects to one hearing, sometimes both. I never know which ear I will get my phone calls in. It disconnects itself from my phone. It will try to connect to the second hearing aid during a call, however causes more static. Thank you for your response, I look forward to a more stable connection
3 stars: Update to my rating of this App it would be really nice if there was a way to be able to use the hear aid could also be set up for using for answering your cellphone and listening to music through the Bluetooth. As it's not legal to talk on a cellphone while driving unless you are using a handsfree device in the state I'm living in. And having hearing aids makes it exactly difficult to do.
3 stars: The app has some useful controls to play with, but having been installed on the cellphone, the one control I'd fine actually useful is missing. Bluetooth speakers can route calls to the speaker... Make the app able to connect phone audio to the hearing aide.
