4 stars: Engaging and large array of crosswords. Puzzles are downloaded automatically when online but can be solved with no need for an Internet connection. Selectable range of puzzle difficulties. Sometimes the flow of movement to solve the next word can be confusing and requires some attention, otherwise I would rate five stars.

Mark McClain's puzzles are my very favorite...I'm delighted to have found a puzzle master whose vocabulary and experience mirror mine but who also keeps me on my toes. Sometimes he makes me laugh out loud with his clever clues. :-)
5 stars: An excellent app for logophiles, with difficulty levels ranging from easy to ridiculous. Created by many different crossword makers, almost anyone should be able find puzzles to suit their tastes. Many of the puzzles display an impish sense of humor; witticisms, puns and clever answers abound.
5 stars: I was tired of games that just tried to sell other games. I wanted a solid game that made me think. This is perfect. Nicely laid out, great design that's still easy to see on my phone and really good crosswords. Excellent.
