4 stars: I really dont understand you resto rating system.. Its unfair. please fix your rating system!!!! Its suck, why do drivers can give us resto rating, but we cannot give driver rating? Its unfair, we both partners. Fix it please

3 stars: Suggestion. There should a menu to rate the driver i.e. if he is not picking up the order that has been prepared by the merchant so it will be fair for both sides not one sided only
4 stars: Sometimes the food has been ready to deliver but the driver never come to pick it up, and not contactable. The food going to be cold and the consumer is waiting that long. No solution yet till now.
4 stars: I just hope that u guys make an option for updating stock. It will be helpful. I had to reject plenty of orders bcs customer orders more products than my remaining stock.. And i couldn't tell them earlier before they press order button :(
