4 stars: Great app in most ways, but it has a significant shortcoming with the lack of sorting and searching option. You can't filter for only a particular kind of food, nor can you search for a dish by name. Even with the lack of sorting options, though, the service with GrubHub is so much more reliable than DoorDash I'll never go back.
4 stars: convenience is great, anytime there is a messup with my order grubhub DOES tend to compensate and make up for any mistakes. However there have been many times where I order from somewhere that is already closed with no notification. I end up waiting HOURS, and delivery time keeps getting postponed just to find it ending in cancelation and too late to reorder from elsewhere (due to my husband working 3rd shift and having to leave)
3 stars: Ordering and delivery seems to work great when I'm at home, yet when I get to work my order is always delayed. Today I ordered my food at 11:51 and my order didn't get there until 1:50. I loved ordering at the beginning but I don't know how much I'll keep ordering from here

3 stars: Menus can be totally scattered and not always up to date with the restaurants'. Generally okay, but the custom tip option doesn't process right now and instead gives no tip. If you want to leave a tip at the moment, you have to use the app...
