5 stars: We've been using door dash since it's been harder to go out. We've been mostly successful, with only a couple of people who delivered to the wrong house, otherwise most are willing to try to get a hold of you if they are confused. If the order is wrong from the restaurant Doordash has given us the option to refund or do a credit. Depending on the restaurant, we usually opt for the credit. Highly recommend
3 stars: Works as expected, but I don't care for the prompts that you've qualified for this coupon code, enter at checkout, then told it's not available. Gets expensive fast, so don't get my hopes up with an offer when I open the apt, let me go through the whole order process, only to then tell me at the last step the offer is not available. ultimate form of click bait... Uber eats will be our go to if that happens again.
4 stars: The app is fine. They've added a lot of new features that makes the experience much better. My only irritation is (and it's a big one) is that there are businesses on there that do not participate in Dash Pass. If I am paying a monthly fee for Dash Pass, I feel like all businesses on the app should be participating, not just some.
