4 stars: I really love this program, however the app could use some work. it would be great if you could choose 2 sessions to automatically play back to back, instead of guessing from a random 2 within 10 seconds. It would also be helpful if workouts were labeled with multiple tags for easier searching/reference. An example would be labeling a workout as \
3 stars: It's OK. the videos are fast, even if you are familiar with the movements, and offer very little in the way of modifications, so it seems best suited to someone who is already in shape and proficient at yoga looking to change things up, rather than someone looking to become those those things. This is a bit at odds with the simplistic advice and quizzes, so I'm not quite sure who the audience is for this.

5 stars: Soo from the perspective of someone with the average flexibility of a brick, this is a really good way to enter the world of yoga. Even considering that i definitely cannot reach a lot in most excercises, i find them complete and suprisingly exhausting. This is a perfect complement for a more traditional workout if you're looking for a full fitness experience.
