5 stars: There are a lot of delivery apps, but Grubhub by far has the best customer service. Any time I have an issue with my order, there's no problem getting an immediate refund. Their on time delivery guarantee is great because even though it's not always on time, they'll send you a coupon for your next order which is great. The UI isn't the best but good customer service will win me over every time.
5 stars: Occasionally an order will get canceled with really no explanation but 9/10 times they deliver with no issues. Also can't be entirely blamed on grubhub, as they are working with the restaurant so there is only so much they can control. They are always good about immediate refunds if there is an issue with your order and often send coupons for 15% off when there are issues. I use it 2-3 times a week so clearly it's useful.
5 stars: I normally order the Pho Seafood which my husband loves, I order the crispy Tofu and the Veggie spring rolls which are also very good. In the past I ordered the Pho Veggie and didn't like it at all. The veggie broth wasn't good plus didn't have vegetables it only had Napa cabbage. No carrots, no broccoli, no snow peas. That's what the pictured showed. I wouldn't buy Pho Veggie again.
