5 stars: I've been using Zomato for a couple of years now and I've never faced in bad experience. Whenever there was any issue with the order the customer support team was kind enough to provide proper service and solution to it. Also all the hygiene majors are being followed by the food partners and delivery partners. I'm super happy with the service that Zomato provides.

4 stars: Service is good. One problem is the price of the product. The cost of each product is more in app than at the counter. When we are paying for packaging, delivery and taxes extra then why the prices are more in the app? Another issue is of delivery surcharge. Even during non-peak hours, you ask of delivery surcharge which is not correct.
5 stars: Always here to feed the hunger one's! I'm the one who is ordering 24/7 from Zomato and it's pretty easy to use and guaranteed quality. In case sometimes food is not up to mark then Zomato 24/7 customer supports will always there to help you to get what u r looking for!
4 stars: Superb Food delivery experience. I mostly order food through this app whenever I feel like to treat myself with the best options available. The surge is obviously high, but it's okay though. So far, I've never had any issues with my orders. Reviews are a delight to read. Reduced a star for fixable bugs regarding maps and location orientation issues.
