When I replied to an email with attached photos, it'll also attached the attachments from the sender of original mail. 4 stars: I've been using my same gmail address for years. Now I go to my email and it's all gone now and I can't seem to recover them or even refresh the app. It's awful. I had very important emails. Now I'm completely lost without a functioning email. 😩 Thanks to the advice in response to my rating, my account is back to normal!! Yaay!! Increased my rating from a 2 to a 4. Fixing the issue was complicated for a boomer like me.

But I've a personal disadvantage, which is that after following all the procedures, I haven't received any notification after last one month.
