4 stars: Excellent and convenient. Can get a little pricey sometimes but, again your paying for convenience. Before ordering make sure everything you need to happen is cited in your delivery instructions because most drivers won't ring a doorbell unless it's stated. Other than the app being a little jumbled and clunky it's great.

3 stars: I was hoping that the app would have an easy way to scan in gift card codes, but there isn't. The app didn't tell me that I have to identify myself on arrival for pickup, so my food waited, getting cold without the restaurant announcing my order as ready. It also didn't use the gift card that I had just added to pay for my order but instead charged my credit card that is on my GrubHub account.
5 stars: I have had nothing but great service from GrubHub. One of the restaurants even messed up my order and gave me the wrong order and GrubHub completely refunded me and I was able to order again to get the right order. The drivers have also all been amazing and timely. I continue to use GrubHub because of the awesome service so far.
4 stars: It largely works as intended. Sorting by rating should take the number of reviews into account rather than just sorting by average review; 5000 good reviews is a stronger signal than 50 of them. The app doesn't work as well for ordering at random locations like hotels, and it will keep the last location you used set as the search location, even if you're 100+ miles away.
