5 stars: I've loved being able to check in and reserve rooms on the app, I don't like doing things over the phone and because I'm a single mom it's hard to get out the door on time and I often arrive late so the digital is great so I don't have to bother anyone checking in late at night. I wish you could see the rooms better on the app, you only see one thumbnail shot, but it is still a good experience.
4 stars: I find it very easy to use and navigate for reservations and general hotel information. My only petty issue is in the map view, the default map is small and the hotel icons are too large so they overlap it forces you to manipulate the map the get a better view of the hotel locations. The map radius could be smaller.

5 stars: Very useful, be nice if you had the option to text the hotel on your stay which I think only one of your hotels ive used has this facility which was very useful. Also would be useful any offers that are emailed automically is signed up via the app as I have to keep logging in from the email to be in with the offer. Would be simple if you could do this via the app. A part from that all good.
