4 stars: Mostly helpful. Have a lot of technical issues. Hard to track leads that passed their task date, because something else came up. It would help if I could find tasks due on any given date, so I could revive some of them. There's no point in using a database if I have to write things down too.
4 stars: Relatively easy to use. I would like to not have to click related to so many times to go from the calender, to the work order, to the survey. It can get a little confusing that way. It would also be nice if the program would continually save during editing, so that you don't lose so much information so easily...
5 stars: Extremely user friendly. Has a great layout and puts everything in great perspective. A MUST HAVE application if you're in sales and need a tool to keep track of all your records, updates, activities, leads and opportunities.
5 stars: Absolutely the best way to handle your business on the go. You can capture leads, update opportunities, and check sales goals all from the app. Genius.
