5 stars: I haven't had no problems at all, service is on point. I tried UE, Doordash, when they came out and service was delayed the first time I used them. Grub hub is really the only service that is punctual, great job drivers.
3 stars: Overall convenient. Very skewed in how the restaurants are rated and what restaurants it shows you. The refund policy is okay, I haven't had too many problems getting my money back when the wrong things get delivered. Most drivers won't pay attention to the special instructions you write for your delivery location which is also a little annoying.
3 stars: The app is usually good, but lately they have been canceling orders. Of course my money isn't there, but my order was cancelled 3mins before it was suppose to be delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'll just order from local shops from now on. Those fees are to expensive anyway.

But now everytime I order and my food gets here I check there always something missing like today I was supposed to have 3 drinks no I just got one ONE! YOU KIDDING ME but they updated to where if your missing part of it they refund that part. JUST GET MY COMPLETE ORDER I DON'T CARE IF THE DRIVERS ARE LITTLE BIT LATE AS LONG MY ORDERS ARE COMPLETE!!
