5 stars: Convenient and easy to use, photos and thorough description of all items. Can clip coupons and some earned rewards in app. Like being able to order ahead for pick up. Can't change the order pick up person's name from main account holder name, but hasn't been a problem yet.
5 stars: App very user friendly and easy to use! Can clip coupons and they go on my membership card. Each coupon good for 2 of the same item!! Can shop for items we need and add to the cart. If coupons are expiring before we can get to the club, order before and schedule pickup at your convenience 🙂 Recommend app to anyone who has a BJs membership!
5 stars: For the most part I am very happy with BJ's app the only issue I have is at times they take my order for something, then I'm told they don't have it the next day and don't give the option to replace with something else, I don't think people should be allowed to pick something if it's not available because it happened sometimes week after week and with the same items sometimes which means you've been out of it but it's still listed.
4 stars: Solid app for shopping BJs pickup service. Recent update that allows save for later option to be visible makes it even better. Biggest complaint is that there are I cannot put in my name as a pickup person even though I share the account and my name is known. Always makes for confusion at pickup.
