4 stars: Time should be counted by usage of the device, not by the clock. If I give them 1 hour and the child shuts down their PC after 10 minutes, the counter still counts the time and after an hour it expires. Also, there should be a BLOCK button and a way to easily give the child more time, without them asking first.
3 stars: I would say, still this app is not user friendly. When there is a request for screen time extension, it's still puzzle for me, not sure where to look for approve/ deny requests.
4 stars: Great app, allows me to help guide my kids through this electronic and media filled world. One request I could make would be to allow additional screen time in 15 minute increments up to 24 hours or some large amount. The current preset selections are often not the right amount of time for my family.
3 stars: I tried 3 times in the past 10 minutes to authorize additional time for my child through this app and it did not work any of those times! Since this function is literally the only reason I have this app on my phone, it's pretty worthless!
