4 stars: The app is convenient in many ways, but it does have some flaws, especially when it comes to refilling prescriptions. You'll get a text message to refill, you answer, and expect to get a date when it's ready or delivered. You go on the app to check the status, and it's showing your prescription was never ordered for refill. It needs to sync properly across all various communication types, text, mobile app, and website.
4 stars: The app works pretty good but it would be nice if you could drop an email or a text message to the pharmacy when you only need to inform them of something short like for instance that You're received three text alerts three days in a row but you'd pick up your prescriptions in a day or two instead of calling them because they seem to be busy enough without someone having to say hey I will be picking my scripts up in a couple days.
4 stars: It appears that the website is working better changed it to 4 stars instead of 3. Keep up the good work I would like to increase it to 5. Worst app ever cannot access my prescriptions contacted CVS can't seem to fix the problem going to delete the app hope they fix it in the future. Seems to be working better. That's why I given it 3 stars.
4 stars: Convenient, eveything you need at the push of a button. My delivery wasnt coming at first. I couldnt figure it out. You have to have the link they text you when its ready. I wish there would be a back up way incase you erase text by accident. If I can...
