4 stars: Update: The tracking seems to be working properly now. I only wish I didn't have to keep logging back in with passcode or fingerprint. Not sure why that feature is necessary.

3 stars: The app was working well until a week or so ago when it started logging me out between uses. I use it maybe twice a day, 4-6 hours apart? Having to log in each time is a bit of a pain. Based on another comment looks like maybe a bug? If the bug was fixed I'd rate this app higher. The timer functionality is a great reminder to put my invisiline back in after eating, especially when I get distracted with something else!
4 stars: UPDATE: Previously unusable app has been mostly fixed. Time tracking bugs, crashes, logoffs, etc. appear to be fixed. Would still like to see reminder cancel itself if timer is stopped before reminder is set to alert. Support did follow up to my reported issues.
