3 stars: The application is good, the device is fast but there's somethings to change : 1/-When you choose the english version you can't find bana bi you have to use the turkish version. The customer service is not that effective. You have to wait for a long time and they don't speak english.
3 stars: The only problem with the app is that some restaurants don't have the dishes names translate into English and don't also have the photos...other than that I am happy with it. It saved me during the lockdown period when I stayed in Istanbul.
3 stars: This application is good, if they add note section to the ordering process so customer can raise his request or put comment on his expectation about this order. That would increase customer experience. For an example please check the Applicstion Talabat and his order processing check list. Its perfect to customer expectations.
5 stars: Excellent, extremely easy to use and comes in Turkish and English. You may need some Turkish though as not all food has an English explanation. Standard fast food is easy though some people might find it difficult to understand some Turkish food descriptions. Still a great app.
3 stars: Really good. Just has to have more features such as showing the delivery on the map. There is one problem is that it does not show any notification when an order is canceled by a restaurant and you keep waiting forever without knowing.
