5 stars: Near perfect. I can schedule an appointment and do my questionnaire all thru the app. I appreciate I can see how many openings there are at each time slot as I'm booking for 2 of us. Only thing is the Notes section doesn't actually retain what I write. Next time I open the app/log in, my note is gone which is frustrating. It doesn't update as quickly as the website does after I donate either. Otherwise, it's good!
5 stars: Mostly love this app. It has some problems allowing me to select a date range beyond the next two weeks for booking future appointments, but otherwise, it makes the details of booking and pre-filling the questionnaire very efficient.
5 stars: The App saves having to carry my donor card and gives me a note space to remember which arm I used on my last donation. The app also lets you answer the questionnaire before you arrive an saves handling paper at the donor clinic. Thank you!
