4 stars: I love this app, it's very well made and I'm already hooked. Couple of things to improve - there's a lack of genetic testing, which is often necessary for metabolic diseases. It takes a little bit of time to learn to use the diagnosis options. Searching for a precise disease is not optimal, since one has to scroll a lot as the search window would be erased upon jumping out of a dead end diagnosis. I'm looking forward to new fields!
