5 stars: Very good cameras. To receive a notification of persons on your premises and have the ability to see and converse is priceless. The many features incorporated into the Ring system is phenomenal. Just besure to have good wifi and take time to learn the many features. Now have 17 cameras at 5 different properties, still liking the ring app and cameras. Looking forward for Ring to produce a PTZ camera.

3 stars: Bought 2 Ring devices for Xmas. Connecting to LIVE is not so good since my trial subscription has ended. After reading several reviews about non subscribers this appears to be a thing. Spent good $$ on these. Hmm. I hope this isn't a 1st rate for Subs and a 2nd rate tier for non subs issue. With the new update I am hopeful for better live connectivity
