5 stars: Very good hand held machine for quick bedside point of care ultrasound. Unbeatable price. Quality very good for a portable 2k device. Software updates can take some time but it is still worth it. I use it almost every day as a hospitalist.
5 stars: App kept crashing. I have requested for help through it. No response for the past 10days! Planning to swith to Clarius. Butterfly iq have contacted me since and seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks.
4 stars: I love my butterfly IQ+. I'm a first year medical resident. However. I've had multiple issues with the device in the past month. Two USB-C cords have been defective. After buying a new one, the ultrasound probe just turns off when I connect to the butterfly US app now. I've messaged their contact support multiple times, left voicemails, and it takes days for them to respond once. I love my butterfly, but customer support needs to improve.

5 stars: Knock knock.. Who's there? The death of the stethoscope is coming and Butterfly IQ+ is the herald. For its price and convenience amazing images. I use it for TTE, lung us, msk, fracture reduction, renal, efast and ocular daily. Certainly can see that the app is better on Apple than Android (I use an ipad mini for images). Great support from the developers
