5 stars: This tapping app is absolutely amazing!! It definitely deserves 5 stars plus more!! It is REALLY helping me be more calm and less anxious and panicky. And helping me have an even more positive attitude and perspective on things and my own self and others!! I LOVE this app and highly recommend it to everyone to at least try!!
5 stars: A good option for beginners of tapping and experienced individuals. There are quite a few free recordings (same concept as a podcast) available. But the rest you have to pay for. It's a good app as far as content and quality go.
5 stars: I was in pretty bad shape just a few days ago. I am in less pain and happier. I credit the tapping. The intro videos will get you learning fast. There is something for everyone.
