3 stars: It does it's job when it wants to. Sometimes have to unplug my amazon tv in order for it to connect again. Unfortunately, it doesn't stay running in the background when switching apps. So it needs to reconnect when going back to it. And that's only when it wants to. This is the only thing that will work since I've been through 3 amazon remotes in two years and so many batteries ($$$).
3 stars: As a Firecast user I'm glad I can watch tv but channel navigation is weak. You do not see channel numbers making it a mess if you have the same network on 2 markets. Also seems this app should support some type of guide even if limited by screen size. And especially important to be able to set recordings for future tv shows like I could on a 2004 tivo.
3 stars: I've had my firestick for 2 years and the remote hasn't worked for about 18 months so downloaded this app. It worked fine to begin with but now it won't connect at all. I've had to start uninstalling and installing maybe 2 or 3 times before finding the stick. It's flippin annoying, please do something to fix this
5 stars: I have it and it works fine except when I speak into the microphone part for Alexa, it automatically disconnects itself and turns off. Then I have to press the same button speak into it Alexa turn on then, it turns back on. Besides that little flaw. Love my fire stick. Anybody else have this problem?
