3 stars: When getting ride request, map is flipped like North down and South up. Looks weird and cannot understand where to go for pickup / dropoff
4 stars: Old version of accepting ride was better than the new update as when ride come to your screen the distance and time shows very tiny and confusing
4 stars: Now i must rerate the application previously i rated with one star, Which version that is working on 4Feb2021 is the best of all the times reasons. 1-When we get ride it looks good(But need to improve because in some second we have to understand tha pickup and drop off). 2-When we get ride during ride it show his pickup and drop off this is the best best update ever.

3 stars: Sir i can't reset my pin code when i try they said error resetting your pin and network error . try again later i try many times what i can do
5 stars: All are ok. But I think there is need to add some option for captain. Directly chat with Careem office to update about the delivery. If captain face any problem need to comunicate with office. But for communication there long process. And also need the option for cash out by online.
