3 stars: Painful. Haven't been able to sign it yet but the account creating process is not intuitive. Selecting your birthday takes 3 minutes to scroll back manually through every month of every year between then and now. And when selecting security questions, hints are not optional. Just these 2 changes would make the process so much quicker and more enjoyable.
3 stars: When I take a picture of the receipt, it doesn't transfer on the app. I have to take a picture with my camera first and then add it through the gallery button. Rest of it works pretty well for me.
3 stars: Very glitchy. Photo upload link disappears when trying to upload receipts from phone. Sign in screen flickers and doesn't allow for password or biometric sign-in unless you force it through by clicking on it repeatedly. Fix is needed.

3 stars: Like the ap but it keeps glitching. Had a number of times it wouldn't allow me to add my photographed receipt. Not sure how to remove old providers either.
4 stars: Easy to follow instructions. There were a couple of changes to the website form but easily navigated.
5 stars: This app is very easy to use especially after you have added your, optometrists , Pharmacy, massage therapist, Etc.
