3 stars: Until recently i loved this app and recommened it. I have the premium addition. But now everytime i am on a call and a blocked call comes in it hangs up the call i am on. And with everything that is going on i may have already been on hold for over an hour😭😡. I am paid until next Feb. so its nor like i can get a refund please HELP. I have had the app for years.
5 stars: Started blocking almost all calls. No customer service phone number. I tried calling the U.S. headquarters number, and the number doesn't connect. I cancelled my subscription. Ok. Raising my review back up since I emailed tech support and they provided a solution. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Then, resubscribed to the premium features. Works great now!
3 stars: Hadn't had it long so I'll change it accordingly. I just like the idea that it dings my phone to tell me it declined a call rather than simply not telling me at all. My last blocker did that and it worked /too/ well as it blocked one's that I wanted. I hope this doesn't do that.
5 stars: Like the app. I have the premium version. Works well with my gallexy s21ulta. Has a feature where if it doesn't recognize the # app sends a text basically saying if this is not a BS call leave a voice mail. Also let's you block #'s and report #' s right from the app.
