3 stars: I love this app, and the ability to share my art but getting paid or even your photographs licensed is almost impossible. Every photograph I have submitted gas said that it is not commercially marketable. Well who is to say that people won't like or want my photographs. Plenty of people raised a majority of them to popular through likes and views. Would give five stars if it actually helped an artist get paid.
5 stars: The quality of photography on display is just incredible... Can make you feel like you're not good enough, but can also inspire you to get better!
4 stars: Absolutely loved it❤️ I left Instagram for this! The app is great for photographers and aspiring photographers. The images are of high quality so no need to crop the image to fit into the feed.
5 stars: It's great. So much better than Instagram. Quality of the photography is superb. The level of marketing on Instagram is too much. With 500px I can simply enjoy the images.
4 stars: So far better than instagram (or should I say another tiktok clone now) and flickr (poor programming). The community is great. The pricing is a bit high however especially for just the average hobbyist. You do get the occasional spam posts for onlyfans porn but not as often as elsewhere.
3 stars: kind of a clunky experience. there are no photo groups like there are on sites like Flickr so finding interesting new content is difficult. Image previews are very low quality. Needs work, but has potential.
