5 stars: After spending time to set up all 4 devices as well as all the settings for each I am, very happy withe the clarity as well as all the diffeent options each device can be set too. The ir night vision works great. Can't beat the price and the cloud service has 4 packages to choose from. I have the second most extensive plan wich only cost about $6 a month.

4 stars: Usually connects reliably to to my 4 Yi cameras. Yi cloud paid service is not required for real time viewing or locally recorded events if you equip cameras with a SD card. It is required to view remotely when away from home and if you want to view more than one camera on the screen at the same time.
4 stars: The sound could be better.sometimes the sound is really bad and sometimes it's good. But overall the recording is pretty good.i had to deal with customer service one time because I accidentally charged the service twice.enen though it was out of country they credited me back in a timely matter being out of country and all.
5 stars: I love my camera system. I can see and hear and talk 2 anybody that's in the house you're not when you're not home. And they can talk back to you. I've never had a problem you can record rewind for the price I think it's better than ring.
