3 stars: Works okay, has worked better. The past several times I'd use it for grocery pick-up. I would check in when I'm on the way, but it doesn't pick up when I have actually arrived at the store (and my location is on). Kinda annoying.

5 stars: I went ahead and paid for the membership to the Walmart, *club* I guess you call it. Definitely worth it for me. Free delivery aside from tips. So far the orders have all been exactly correct. as I don't drive this is a great convenience for me personally. and considering the current health situation in this country I think it's a good convenience for everyone.
3 stars: The app itself is great. Whoever is packing our orders for delivery suck. They don't pack tightly so plastic items are showing up at my house cracked or broken. Even the boxes the stuff comes in are damaged. Like they just toss boxes around in the back of their trucks.
3 stars: This has been the first time in nearly a year that the app has worked for me. We finally we're able to do a successful pickup without items being dragged from my cart, added items, or check in not working. Despite my perfect experience today, I'm only giving three because once in a whole year was an crazy amount of time to wait for a very important service during this time.
