5 stars: Sephora has the best skincare and makeup products and the app makes it easy for me to spend spend spend! I like that I can reserve products then pick them up. Whenever they are out of something, it's back in stock super quickly. The app is really intuitive and looks just like the website.
3 stars: I don't dislike the app, but the price often appear in usa dollars, and when you click on the product you see the higher canadian price which I find misleading. Also when you click on a product to get more details and you go back, it brings you back to the start of the page, as opposed to where you were in the scrolling down menu. Not the end of the world but annoying.
4 stars: The only thing I dislike about the app is that when I try to earn airmiles by shopping through the airmilesshop website, the app overrides the web browser and I end up losing out on my airmiles. I use the app to browse and save my favourites and add items to my cart, but I wish it didn't default to the app when I try to launch the website.

5 stars: I love sephora. I love knowing that I'm applying healthy ingredients on my skin. I already have sensitive skin so it's important that I'm not using harmful products. It leaves me stress and worry free because I know I can count on sephora to have my best interest at heart.
