5 stars: Great overall, really helpful. Could do with an option to easily start from a certain point in an exercise. I wanted to check something and went back to the menu and it was a bit annoying trying to pick up where I left after. Also maybe the option to adjust the difficulty of specific moves because some feel easier and some harder in the general difficulty level.

5 stars: Just some the chest intermediate, trying to get back into fitness, great challenging workout for those of use whose desk has become home. Could do everything but will work up to it, looking forward to the rest, great weight free workout s. Hope this helps this app get noticed a bit more fab app.
