5 stars: This is one fabulous app that grows on you with time. I have been following Rati since IMBB days and joined her for reviews.. but now this app has it all, superb diet plans and workout videos. I have lost 14kg so far and my husband has lost 10kg on these diet plans. Love the food, love how Rati and Sanjeev answer every query. Love the app!
