5 stars: I found the exact thing I wanted after being unable to find it on Ebay or anywhere else for that matter. It arrived sooner than expected, worked perfectly and I was able to get a bulk 10 pack for a very reasonable price. Thank you. My daughter can stop nagging me now and use her drawing tablet. Haha. 👍 I've now downloaded the app, I'm definitely going to use AliExpress more.
3 stars: The app is not bad for shopping. It has got quite a number of necessary features but the feature for communicating with customer support sometimes doesn't give me live access to customer care agent; it should be improved. Also, it needs to be improved upon in terms of loading images faster for some page links.
3 stars: 3 stars, but with upvote. I love this app. Nothing more has to be said. The only reason you dont get 5 stars: *The app is and always has been a bit quirky neither a good or bad thing. *It's slow, gets bugged easely, and can crash without you even trying to do so. *Maybe make a survey for your users, so they can give you free feedback on what could be better or advanced. (User for more than 6 years)
