5 stars: Great way to search and compare hotels in the desired area. So easy to find what you need, and book/pay through the app. Amenities are conveniently listed for each room type, as well as photos. Very much appreciate the local information, and the digital key is so easy! No worries about losing my key card. The app also allows you to apply your Honor points to your stay with a nice reduction in price.
5 stars: Very convenient, helps me check in and out with no problems. Only problem is when I have another person with me and they need a key. If there was a permission key for a guest, they could download the app and be able to enter the room per my permission in the hotel where I am staying. Either the same room or a different room I booked and paid for so they could stay too and go in without me being there.
5 stars: I travel a lot (115 nights this year) and the app has stopped working, or at least giving me access. I can access the website to do what I need, but for check-in, digital key, etc. you need the app. Really inconvenient, especially to wait in line at the front desk during these uncertain times.
5 stars: I went to the top floor to check out the order of the rooms. I already had reservations so I checked in on app. The app suggested the room I would have picked and within seconds I had a digital key and entered the room. I also checked out with app. No contact needed with front desk. I received my receipt via email. Nice in Covid 19 Era.
