As a long time loyal T-Mobile customer, this app provides unprecedented carrier services to my carrier for my carrier with little intervention by me. I'm able to wonderfully thumb through the app, servicing my carrier effortlessly. No other carrier service allows you to provide great service to your carrier.
3 stars: ever since the last update that I did things have been shutting down right and left and I have been doing a little bit of research and cannot understand why two similar apps have to be installed on our phone such as Carrier services and carrier hub when basically they both do the same thing if one is reading the description in the Google Play store

3 stars: Keeps coming up that something needs to be done to carrrier services for everything else to work however no matter whether its been reinstalled, re updated, etc. Nothing at all fixes whatever problem this retarded app is having at the moment.
3 stars: I assume it is a happy app on my phone. I do not touch it... Even to clear out the cache. Doing this will totally screw up my chat features not sure why. So, it just sits there and I never put a finger near it.
