5 stars: Brilliant! Great for first time yogies, like myself. Easy to use and can adjust to the right level and time of the session is flexible. The instructions are clear and the video with the demonstration is very useful. it also gives you tips when you are finding some poses a bit tricky at first. This app has been a great way to start my yoga journey.
5 stars: I love this app! It helps make practicing yoga much more accessible for me. I can practice at home as well as when I travel. The poses and stretches are demonstrated and explained well, very comparable to an in-person class. And the instructor voices are so relaxing. The sessions are super customizable to fit any of my needs. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to fit practicing yoga in any sort of schedule.

There is a variety of music you can select, different yoga instructor voices to listen to, different yoga to follow, a variety of moves/stances, and it's so user friendly. You can also select target areas to focus on, which I do my lower back because I sometimes I have lower back pain from sitting all day for work.
