3 stars: It could use improvement with lag time and quality, it usually has a brief period of terrible quality before it becomes proper each time it records, and sometimes it freezes in the middle of a recording and loses 5-10 seconds of video in the process. For the most part it is good, but if this were to happen at the right time it would render the whole idea of having a camera in the first place completely wasted

3 stars: Sometimes it works and sometimes not. I have good wireless service but half the time it cuts off the video. I've adjusted the range and other settings and it still is hit and miss. Now it's started duplicating the last neighbors crime alerts. It's been going on for about two weeks now.
5 stars: Installation was easy, setup was a little tricky but like anything else there was a small learning curve. Installed it to ring existing doorbell and works great. App is easy to use. Still learning it's capabilities. When hardwired I was a little concerned how slow it was charging but seems to be working fine. Highly recommend the ring doorbell!
