5 stars: I really love the update to the Coach, but now I'm having issues with not getting the notifications. They were working fine last week. I've had to reinstall the app, losing my progress. Hopefully this is the last time I'll have to do that. I really love this app
3 stars: My notifications aren't working since the latest update. I made sure notifications were enabled in my settings. I turned them all off \u0026 back on in the app too. I don't want to have to install a separate water reminder app or set alarms for when my fasts start \u0026 end!
4 stars: Easy to use and super helpful. Would be a 5/5 but occasionally it doesn't work and I don't get notifications when fasting is about to begin/end, which is my favourite feature.
5 stars: Personally I really like this one as you can plan out an entire week of fasting times. I combine 5:2 and 16:8 and this app seems to be the only one I found which allows me to do this.
4 stars: Seems like a great app, only been using it for a couple of days but logges everything from water to food to helping with tracking fasting. And this is the free stuff 😁👍
