3 stars: You know how many rides I missed because you can't hear the notification smh sip simple yet so dumb. Also why do they make the pickups so difficult, the address changes atleast 2 times. It's the only job it has and it can't get it right. Than it zooms in to make it more difficult. Can you please fix the pickups the address changes? It gives you in-between numbers, just put the address the customers input, why is that so hard?
4 stars: It's nice. Wish when I was out of the app and it is on that ride requests will overlay on my screen instead of being in my notifications. It's dangerous when I'm driving and I get a ride and have to do like 3 or 4 taps to get to the ride request. With Uber it's one tap, take notes.
3 stars: Things have improved since I started using the app just over a year ago. But I am extremely disappointed to loose the automated acceptance of rides. It made things so much easier, and safer to turn the app on when near my preferred driving location.
4 stars: It starts off good, but after a couple of weeks it seems as if the app or team attempts to manipulate the driver into driving during the days/times/places that is not preferred. They will literally not send you rides for a couple of hours to keep you out longer than you wanted to be.. oh and the app freezes often causing you to miss rides, but it will ne held against YOU.. better not leave your day job 😁
