I'd like to be able to monitor my print jobs while I'm out and about, but the instructions for RD Gateway on the Microsoft page just say to enter your computer's name as the gateway. I've done that and still can't connect. \

It makes it somewhere between ackward and unusable to type on physical keyboards. You essentially have to train yourself to only use the left shift key.
