3 stars: I really like lyft! I've been using it for many years now but I would like to receive more rewards for the amount of services used. For instance, if habitual services, frequent users should be able to have more perks with accounts. For every 5 rides under $30, one free. Something like that
4 stars: Could be better. I spent more on fees for rides that left took off on me with no warning and, that's while I'm stuck on the side of roads out in the middle of no where scared that I might get attacked by animals or, people... So much so, that I've bought a few knives and pepper spray for protection. And took a few rides from the fake lyft or Uber, gypsy cabs instead... Really disappointed with lyft, they've totally gone down hill.
5 stars: So far, every ride I've taken has been great. Driver's are on time, friendly, easy to converse with and helpful. Rarely do you have to wait for a ride. But recently (now) I'm trying to book a ride and it's stuck on my last ride, which means that they don't have any driver's available. I guess I'll be downloading another ride app. That's unfortunate.
