4 stars: Good clear picture. Audio could be better, there's a lot of static and cuts out now and again. Easy to set up/install. Has a good support centre. The outdoor battery operated camera has never depleted, because I have the solar panel. Without the solar panel the battery depletes quickly. Works well in all kinds of weather even in the winter. Never had to clean the solar panel. I've had my cameras for 2.5yrs approximately.
3 stars: Wasn't there supposed to be an option coming to draw around something that would set off the camera frequently? I have a tree that just kills my battery. Yes I can turn off that zone in the view, but that leaves most of my front yard and patio un-monitored. I already had to turn off the left side because of the neighbors dogs. If I want my pato covered I have no other place to mount it.
3 stars: I loved the app when first installed. Lately, i do not get a notification when someone rings the bell. I do get a motion alert. When i answer a ring, it shows as a missed ring in the history. I have enabled all notifications I have found thru the help section. I'm considering reinstalling, but don't want the hassle if something goes wrong.
