4 stars: Much better than use to be. Connectivity was horrid much improved now. Used to be slow. Better now. Don't drive past my passengers as much. It used to run slow for my pickups. I give it a 3 star out of 5. Wish I could give it a 5 star. Just don't trust it enough yet for a 5 star.
4 stars: The only thing keeping this from being a 5 is the GPS service at Pickup mode. It's difficult to ascertain the current situation when trying to read the visual interface. Also it would be useful to be able to print reports from this app.
5 stars: Dark mode doesn't work anymore after update.... can't get any help on this issue thru the app. I have written Lyft and gotten no response several times. Fix this issue!!! So annoying!! Absolutely cannot stand the bright background especially at night!!!
